He is survived by: his children, James Pitt (Catherine) and Tamara "Tammie" Jacobs (Robert); his grandchildren, Kyle Pitt (Cecelia), Kaitlyn Pitt, Nicolette Simmons (Sax), Breeanna Offenbaker (J. R.), David Jacobs (Eryn) and Mark Jacobs; his great grandchildren, Mardella "Ella" Pitt, Camilla Pitt, Ava Pitt, Skylar Simmons, Hayden Simmons (Kayla), Colten Rinehart (Julia), Makayla Laughner, Addison Frantz, Braylon Price, Caiden Price, Cameron Jacobs and Ella Jacobs; and his great great grandchild LeeNora Simmons.
