She was predeceased by: her parents, Elwood Ricky and Betty E. Smith (Seibert); her granddaughters, Jessica Davis, April Dawn and Mary Dawn Graham; and her brothers, Stephen Smith (Vicki) and Keith Donaldson.
She is survived by: her children, John Graham (Lori), David Graham (Lori), Barbara Smith (John Carter) and Bonnie Osborne (Joe). She is also survived by seven grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Friday, November 15th 2024 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Newark Chapel of Henderson-Van Atta-Stickle Funeral & Cremation Service (59 N 5th St, Newark, OH 43055).
