He is survived by: his wife Debra; his children, Danielle Velasquez and Dylan Hess; his grandchildren, Jaden, Tristan, Evan, Julian Velasquez and Carter Hess; and his sister Donna Minarchin. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
