He is survived by: his wife Norma Shaw; his sons, John Arter and Eric Arter; his grandchildren, Michael Glancy, Andrea Feaster and Alyssa Feaster; his great grandchildren, Alexis Wolfe, Landon Parks and Trenton Wright; and his sisters, Mary Keiran and Paula Davis.
