He was predeceased by: his parents, Ama Leone Riffle (Greene) and Howard Stout Riffle; his siblings, Donald Riffle (Sara), Dorothy Hartman (George) and Denver Riffle (Vivian); and his nieces, Susan Riffle, Jana Wilson (Remmenga) and Kimberly Riffle (Engel).
He is survived by: his wife Marilyn Riffle (Elmore); his daughters, Judith Rings (Jeffrey) and Leilana Hofacker (William); his grandchildren, Holly Fisher (Robert), Melody Cox (Samuel), Laurel Miller (Troy) and Evan Rings (Lauren Koenig); his great grandchildren, Charlotte, Isaac, Adeline, Amelia, Maisie and Emmalynn; his sister Doris Remmenga; his sister-in-law Delores Elmore; and his close friend Jeff Poling (Linda). He is also survived by 20 nephews and nieces.
Visitation was held on Friday, February 14th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Brucker and Kishler Funeral Home (985 N 21st St, Newark, OH 43055). A funeral service was held on Saturday, February 15th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
