He was predeceased by: his parents, Noble McArtor and Pearl McArtor (Gearhart); his son Bob McArtor (Roxanne); his grandson Devon McArtor; his siblings, Esther Hite, Irene Boyd, Dorothy Smith, Evelyn Kidd, Carol McArtor, Paul McArtor and Wayne McArtor; and his former wife Ginny McArtor.
He is survived by: his wife Linda McArtor; his children, Doug McArtor, Connie McArtor, Justin Trusler, Heather Danna (Jason) and John Willey; and his grandchildren, Tracy McArtor, BJ McArtor, Ashley Evans and Nikki McArtor. He is also survived by numerous great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers memorial donations can be made in Dale's memory to Hospice of Central Ohio.
