She was predeceased by: her parents, Clarence Harter and Melva Harter (Wilson); and her siblings, Frank Harter, Bud Harter, Bill Harter, Pat Tucker, Sue Wolfe and Kay Harter.
She is survived by: her sons, William Shane Harter, Robert Dean Starkey and Codey Edward Starkey.
Visitation was held on Friday, November 8th 2024 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the William Thompson & Son Funeral Home (5765 Gladstone Dr, White Cottage, OH 43791).
