She was predeceased by: her husband David Wayne Urban; her father Milard Dean Carr of Lancaster; and her sister Lora Hill. She is survived by: her daughter Misty R. Withrow; her son-in-law Harry; and her siblings, David Carr of Albania, Dawn McQueen of Newark, Vickie Covert (Darrell) of New Lexington and Sandy Nash (Tracy) of Indiana.
