She is survived by: her husband Fred Lentz; her children, Elizabeth "Libby" Marie Hodgson White (Jason) and Eliot McCracken Hodgson (Rachael); her grandchildren, Judah Conrad White, Stella Faye White, Idunn Aria Hodgson and Freyr Robert Hodgson; and her sisters, Marylin "Mimi" Winters and Karen Codlin.

In lieu of flowers, contributions in Cheryl's memory may be made to the Licking County Humane Society, 825 Thornwood DR SW, Heath, Ohio 43056.
