He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl E. Hollar and Virginia Hollar (Camp); his wife Judith; and his son Jeffrey Allen Hollar. He is survived by: his son Douglas B. Hollar; his sister Cynthia Hollar; and his grandson Daniel Hollar (Tonya).
