She was predeceased by: her parents, Ivan Jones and Lillian Jones (Ramsey); and her children, Lisa Lavender and Benjamin Lavender. She is survived by: her husband Dennis L. Lavender; her children, Patricia Wright, Tonya Wiseman (Elizabeth), Danielle Hammond (Mark), Amanda Lavender, BJ Lavender, Brian Grover and David Grover; her grandchildren, Rebecca Hansen (Makenzie) and Gabriel Beane; her great grandchildren, Astella Saffell, Egypt Saffell and Kyngston Saffell; and her siblings, Robert Jones, Melvin Jones (Vickie) and Joyce Davis (Joseph). She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Brenda's memory to any of her favorite charities: Disabled American Veterans, Saint Jude Children's Research Hospital, Autism Speaks, and Hospice of Central Ohio.
