She was predeceased by: her parents, Urban Darkes and Margaret Darkes (Burkham); and her siblings, Charlene Walker, Richard Darkes and Benjamin Darkes.
She is survived by: her husband Gerald L. Pound; her children, Cindy Pound, Brenda Zarker (Bob), Jeff Pound (Cathy), Tim Pound (Vickie) and Addie Staley (Jerry); and her sister Sandy French. She is also survived by 13 grandchildren; 29 great-grandchildren; 1 great-great-grandchild, and numerous nieces and nephews.
