He is survived by: his parents, Charles Francis and Linda Francis; his wife Lynnette Francis (Byrd); his sisters, Mary Cooper and Charlotte Francis; his son Billy Francis Jr. (Michaela); his granddaughter Anastasia; his daughter Halee Boyer; his stepdaughter Briana Byrd; his stepgrandchild Zayvian; his stepdaughter Kendra Gatlin; and his friends, Richard Alberry, John Luckeydoo, Mark Wagner and Kirk Wolfe. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
He boasted about his perfect attendance record and was upset when it was ruined by Covid in 2021.
