She was predeceased by: her parents, Harry E. Posey and Edith E. Posey (Lamb); her husband William E. O'Neill; and her siblings, William E. Posey (Patsy), Judy Mae Null (Jim) and Nellie M. Mickley (Robert).

She is survived by: her son Phillip O'Neill; and her grandchildren, Jacob, Bradley and Riley O'Neill. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
