She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Kempf and Hedwig Kempf; her husband Donald Lee Turnbaugh; her daughter Anke Hardway; her sisters, Segrid and Erica; and her grandson-in-law Tyrone Conner.
She is survived by: her grandchildren, Joseph Donald Green (Belinda), Steven Kyle Green (Billie), Natoshia "Nikki" Green and Neva Hardway.
In lieu of flowers, Anita requested that those who wish to honor her memory make donations to Hospice of Central Ohio, an organization that provided her with comfort and care in her final days.
