He was predeceased by: his father Reginald Dennis "Denny" Wirick; and his grandparents, William, Mary Howell and Reginald D. Wirick. He is survived by: his mother Christine Wirick (Howell); his sister Sara Ann Wolfe (David); his grandmother Helen Wirick (Laca); his uncle Robert "Guss" Wirick; and his caregiver Andy.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, November 21st 2024 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Reed-Egan Funeral Home (141 Green Wave Dr, Newark, OH 43055). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Friday, November 22nd 2024 at 10:30 AM at the St. Francis de Sales Catholic Church (66 Granville St, Newark, OH 43055).
In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorials in Andy's name be made to the Jerry and Laura Jacobson Foundation benefiting the Age of Steam Roundhouse, PO Box 427, Sugarcreek, OH 44681.
