With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Thomas Fortkamp of New Weston, Ohio, born in Marysville, Ohio, who passed away on October 30, 2020 at the age of 75. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Norbert B. Fortkamp and Doris T Fortkamp (Tomlinson); and his daughter Melissa Cook. He is survived by: his daughter Valerie Walker; his grandchildren, Josh Cook (Jamie), Jeremy Cook (Jessica), Brooke Beavers, Danielle Luna (Zeke) and Chris Pipenger (Brittany); and his wife Nancy.

Memorial contributions may be made to State of the Heart Care of Darke County.
