It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Norman G. Bernard of New Weston, Ohio, who passed away on February 23, 2025, at the age of 94, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Norman G. Bernard to pay them a last tribute.
He was predeceased by: his parents, William Bernard and Ada Bernard (Ahlers); his wife Ruth Bernard (Fink); his sisters, Lillian Sherman and Arlene Brandewie; and his brothers-in-law, John Fox, Eugene Sherman and Maurice Brandewie.
He is survived by: his children, Karen Mayorga, Dale Bernard (Stacy), Patricia Bernard of Denver, CO., Cindy Moeder (Jeff), Maria Stein, Karla Kunk (Randy), Gary Bernard (Elizabeth) and Geneva Ind; his family Rocky; and his siblings, Edna Fox of St Henry, Art Bernard (Janet) of St Henry and Allen Bernard of Cincinnati.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, February 27th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Friday, February 28th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM at the Hogenkamp Funeral Home (221 E Main St, St Henry, OH 45883). A funeral service will be held on Friday, February 28th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the St. Bernard Catholic Church (71 Main St, Burkettsville, OH 45310).
In Lieu of flowers and gifts, memorial contributions may be made to EverHeart Hospice or the St Henry American Legion.
