She was predeceased by: her parents, Irvin Deeter and Mary Deeter (Brower); her sons, Robert Witters and Randall Witters; and her siblings, Robert Deeter, Paul Deeter and Zelma Baker.

She is survived by: her husband Freddie D. Witters of New Weston; her son Rodney Witters of New Weston; her grandchildren, Amy Hadden (Rich) of Greenville, Stacey Reynolds of Covington and Emily Dzamefe (Richard); her great grandchildren, Christopher, Justin, Alex, Alyssa, Makayla Hadden, Ayden, Landon, Trent Reynolds, Ryan, Ada Dzamefe, Jacob and Olivia Witters; and her brothers, Dan Deeter (Joyce) of West Alexandria and Tom Deeter of Eaton. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
