He was predeceased by: his parents, James Elmer Pitsenbarger and Iva Asher (Sowers); his wife Vonnie Pitsenbarger (Draper); his daughter Susie Guthrie; his stepson Craig Pitsenbarger; his grandson Mark Hill; his siblings, Gene Pitsenbarger, Mary Curry, Unis Fritz, Edith Yahne, Norma Trent and Evelyn Lavy; and his sister-in-law Lucy McMurrey.
He is survived by: his children, Betty Lear of Piqua, Barb, Larry Lambert of Piqua, Sheri, Dan Hill-Stotler of Burlington, Chuck, Deb Gorsline of Cedar Rapids, Rebecca, Rick Lambert of Muscatine, Iowa and Bill Pitsenbarger of New Weston, Ohio; and his sisters, Alice Sanders of Greenville and Shirley Swabb of Greenville. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren and great great grandchildren.
