He was predeceased by: his parents, Willis R. Rupert, Sr. and Emma Van Skiver Rupert; his wife Greta Lou Hawkins Rupert; and his siblings, Lois Boyle, Francis Beeson, Elverta Baughman, Donald C. Rupert, Raymond Rupert and Robert Rupert.
He is survived by: his children, Stephen R. Rupert of Columbiana, David P. Rupert (Julie) of East Palestine and Leslie Spooner of New Waterford; and his stepchildren, Jack Cobb (Vickie) of East Palestine and Adele David (Bob) of Struthers. He is also survived by seven grandchildren, and six great grandchildren.
The family will receive friends on Friday, February 26, 2021 from 11:00 am - 12:00 pm at the Warrick-Kummer-Rettig Funeral Home, Columbiana where masks will be required, and social distancing will be observed.
