With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Tracy Goddard of New Waterford, Ohio, born in Martins Ferry, Ohio, who passed away on May 22, 2021 at the age of 52. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her father Larry Kelly; and her siblings, Robert Kelly and Joy Kelly. She is survived by: her mother Barbara Kelly of Negley Ohio; her children, Brandie Goddard, Frederick Goddard (Melinda Goddard) and Ryan Goddard (Virginia Goddard); and her siblings, Terry Kelly (Becky Kelly), Larry Kelly (Tonia Kelly) and Tina Kelly. She is also survived by friends as a loving and devoted mother, grandmother, daughter, aunt, cousin, sibling, and friend.
