He is survived by: his grandparents, Leah Wolfe (Christopher Oldaker) of East Palestine, Daniel Barnhart of Sandusky and Deana Rape (Keith Ditmore) of New Sewickley, PA; and his great-grandparents, Steve and Jean Wolfe of New.

Monetary donations in memory of Stetson can be made to Rainbow Babies and Children's Hospital, NICU, 11100 Euclid Ave, Cleveland, OH 44106.
