He was predeceased by: his parents, Omar L. Webber and Agnes C. Shultz Webber; his brother Lester L. Webber; and his niece Amanda M. Webber. He is survived by: his siblings, Dale E. Scheel (John) of Columbiana; his nephews, Jared Scheel (Juli), Evan Scheel (Tiffany), Aaron Scheel, Jeremy Webber and Joel Webber; his great-niece Hadley Scheel; and his great-nephews, Colton Webber and Grant Scheel.
