Cowan of New Waterford, Ohio, born in Youngstown, Ohio, who passed away on June 5, 2023, at the age of 72, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Cowan and Virginia Newton Cowan; and his nephew Mark. He is survived by: his children, Ashley Cowan of East Palestine and Justin Cowan of North Lima; his siblings, Gary Cowan (Natalie) of Columbiana and Sally Cowan of Columbiana; his grandchildren, Abbey Jackson, Jordin Jackson and Mason Cowan; and his nieces and nephews, Paul, Chris, Jeremy, Sherry and Jamie. He is also survived by many cousins, many great nieces and nephews and many close friends.
