She was predeceased by: her parents, Herbert Sturgell and Maggie Sturgell (Spencer); her husband David E. Wack; her sons, Donald and Gary Tarter; and her siblings, Herbert, John, William, Glen, Sandy (Sank), Louwanna, Maude, Darlene, Ina Sue and Jacklyn.
She is survived by: her son John Tarter (Ruth) of Warren, Ohio; her brother Jeff B. Sturgell of Florida; and her niece Sue Pringle (Bud) of New Waterford. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews; and all her brothers and sisters.
