We are sad to announce that on June 24, 2023, at the age of 86, Hubert E. Congo of New Waterford, Ohio, born in Portland, Ohio passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Ernest Congo and Sarah Pratt Congo; and his wife Bonnie Congo (Wise). He is survived by: his children, Mark Congo (Patty) of East Liverpool, Julie Adkins of East Liverpool and Kemberly Mort (Bruce) of East Liverpool; and his sister Mildred Elliot. He is also survived by four grandchildren, seven great grandchildren, one great great grandchild.
