She is survived by: her family, Cara Burt Orr, Ashley Orr, Daniel Catello, Diane Jordon, Phyllis Miller, Edward Miller, Bobbi Jo Burt, Tony, Sara, Deanna, Joey, Vinny Burt, Richard, George, Liza, Raynah, Mark, Kahlil, Alex, Eddie, Kristina, Kathy, Debbie, Nick, Billy, Christina, Cher and Cherree; her friends, Peggy Oberholtzer, John Butera, Kathy, Alicia, Tamara, Gabi, Betty, Cindy and Wayne; and her caregiver Salem Visiting.
