He is survived by: his wife Sharon Seibert Tarnovich; his stepson Chris Vargo (Amber Lee Hostetter) of Darlington, PA; his son Charles "Chuck" Tarnovich, II of Wellsville; his siblings, David Tarnovich of Wellsville, Bonnie Hostetter (Marvin) of Wellsville, Mary Kay Sampson of East Liverpool and William Tarnovich (Alisa) of Salineville; and his granddaughters, Cadence and Harmony Vargo of East Palestine.
