He was predeceased by: his parents, Clyde Hiler and Anna Hiler (Karl); his siblings, Janet Douglas and Jim Hiler; and his siblings-in-law, Mary Lou Hiler and Mark Douglas.
He is survived by: his daughters, Danell Phillips (Craig Poth) of New Washington, Amanda Siefert (David) of New Washington and Chelsea Laughbaum (Carlton) of Bucyrus; his grandchildren, Cassie, Darren, Devin, Aleyse, Cooper, Carter, Casey and Calista; his siblings, Karl Hiler, Faye Rothhaar (John), Lucy Hay (Tom), Louie Hiler and Jerry Hiler; and his sister-in-law Deb Hiler. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
