She was predeceased by: her parents, Fred Ramey and Nora Ramey (Blanton); her daughter Cindy (Joe); her sister Della Hahn; her siblings-in-law, Charles Kenneth Hahn and Janet Ramey (Ralph); and her stepgrandson Daniel Wireman.
She is survived by: her siblings, Betty Laughbaum (Keith) and Ralph Ramey; and her sons, William "Bill" Snipes, Fred Snipes (Dora) and James Snipes (Kim). She is also survived by 9 grandchildren, 3 step-grandchildren, and 14 great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Sunday, March 30th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Secor Funeral Home (202 W Maple St, Willard, OH 44890). A funeral service was held on Sunday, March 30th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
