He was predeceased by: his parents, Sylvester Fisher and Loretta Fisher (Hines); and his granddaughter Courtney Fisher. He is survived by: his wife Rose M. Fisher (Wise); his children, Laura Marcum (Bill), Denise Pflieger (Dean), Cindy Alt (Cliff), Shelley Ehrman (Tim) and Rick Fisher (Teri); and his siblings, Jeannette Spangler, Evelyn Rhodeback and Tom Fisher (Jane). He is also survived by 12 grandchildren; 26 great grandchildren.
