It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Berdine Caroline Emerson of New Washington, Ohio, who passed away on April 2, 2024, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Bordner and Alverda Bordner (Klink); her grandchildren, Steve and Staci; her great grandchild Cora; and her siblings, Audra Jacobs and Donald Bordner.
She is survived by: her children, Sharon Lappin (Jim) of North Ridgeville, Ohio, Lisa Snyder (Doug) of Bucyrus, Ohio, Rob Emerson (Lisa) of Springboro, Ohio and Lynne Geary (Don) of Tiffin, Ohio; and her grandchildren, Brandon, Josh, Lisa, Tyler, Kathryn, Courtney, Megan and Sarah. She is also survived by 15 great grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Nazareth Lutheran Church or to the American Cancer Society.
