He is survived by: his wife Jeanne Orihood Gifford; his mother Deskie Spencer Gifford of Jamestown; his daughters, Alicia Driscoll (Matt) of Jamestown and Andrea Gifford (Shane Hall) of Wilmington, Ohio; his brother Gregg Gifford (Tina) of Jamestown, Ohio; and his grandchildren, Otis Driscoll, Jaxon Driscoll and Cameron Gifford.
