He is survived by: his wife Carol Wharton (Shaffer); his sons, Clint Wharton (Katie) of Hillsboro and Jeff Wharton of New Vienna; his grandchildren, Ashley, Paul Jenkins, Regan and Danielle Wharton; his great grandchild Jaxson Schablin; his sisters, Nancy Skidmore of Hillsboro and Jean McKenzie of Hillsboro; and his siblings-in-law, Ann Wharton of Bellbrook and Nick Foster.
