He was predeceased by: his parents, Oak Evans and Sylvia I. Froman Evans. He is survived by: his wife Beverly A. Berkey Coy; his children, Rebecca McLemore (Chris) of Milford, OH, Matthew Coy of Cincinnati, OH and Tricia Saunders of New Vienna, OH; his brothers, Daniel Coy of Bellefontaine, OH, Gary Coy (Judy) of Jessup, GA and Steven Coy of Indian Lake, OH; his aunt Wanda Chapman of Naples, FL; and his grandchildren, Heather, Jessica, Eric, Katlyn, Elizabeth, James, Christopher and Kasandra. He is also survived by seven great-grandchildren.
