He was predeceased by: his brother Tommy Joe Goolsby. He is survived by: his wife Connie Goolsby; and his children, Greg Goolsby of Hillsboro, Anthony Goolsby (Brenda) of Hillsboro, Jennifer Gooding of Centerville and Angela Baldridge (Donnie) of Hillsboro.
