He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Scott and Bertha Scott (Cole); his wife Lisa Ann Scott; his son Robert "Bob" Scott; and his siblings, Alvin Little and Debbie Reynolds.
He is survived by: his children, Grover Scott (Felicia) of Greenfield, Ernie Scott (Toni) of Clarksville, Taj Scott (Michelle) of Hillsboro and Janet Scott (Jimmy Schutte) of Leesburg; and his siblings, Edith Little, Margie Addis, Gertrude Dalton, Joe Scott, Bertha Ritchie, Paula Ragio, Goldin Stockman and Scottie Scott. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren, and great-great grandchildren.
There will be a donation box at the celebration to help the family with expenses.
