She was predeceased by: her father Ronald Richard; her uncle Gary Allison; and her grandparents, Curnelia and David Allison. She is survived by: her mother Constance Mullins (Allison) of Bainbridge; her husband James Dale Brooks, Jr.; her daughters, Tiffany Howell of Greenfield, Jessica Howell of Springfield, Kristina Gentry of New Vienna, Gabriella Brooks of New Vienna and Brittany Brooks of Wilmington; her grandsons, Jordan and Jeremy Ralston; and her brothers, Joseph Mullins of Arizona and Richard Mullins of Wisconsin. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
