She is survived by: her husband Steve Blackburn; her children, David Oney (Julie) of Seaman, Amber Nayta Oney (Matt McCammon) of Sabina and Petey Oney of New Vienna; her mother Mary Deloris Gragg Williams; her grandchildren, Julian Oney, Tony Stacy, Shianna Stacy, Braxton Oney, MaHaylee Swayne and CJ Oney; her great grandchildren, Brooklyn Smith-Anderson and Willow Grace Oney; and her brother Robert Stratton (Paige).
