He is survived by: his wife Linda Collins; his children, Charles W. Collins, Jr. (Jody), Kimberly Holland (Tim), Steven Collins (Jacqueline), Bryan Collins and Richard Collins (Angie); and his grandchildren, Michael, Andrew, Alex, Bradley, Melissa, Dylan, Olivia, Devon and Jessie.
