It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Barbara Ellen Blackmore (New Vienna, Ohio), born in Fayette County, Ohio, who passed away on May 13, 2019, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Kenneth D. Williams and Helen M. Williams (Sollars); her great-grandparents, Ancil L. and Sherepta B. Smith; her daughter Tonya Rae; her husband Roger G. Blackmore; her son-in-law Edward C. Lewber; and her grandson Bryan E. Davis.
