She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Wolfe and Lura Beougher Wolfe; her husband John W. Spohn; her daughter MaryAnn Casey; and her siblings, George Wolfe, Bill Wolfe, Dan Wolfe, Josephine Mohler, Dorothy Sheets, Mabel Heidlebaugh and Edith Wolfe.
She is survived by: her son Earl Spohn (Carma Stimmel) of New Straitsville; her grandchildren, Jonathan Spohn (Julie) of Thornville, Jason Casey (Ashley) of Lancaster and Julie Casey of Lancaster; her great grandchildren, Tyler, Hayden and Treyson Spohn; and her son-in-law Ronald Casey. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
