He was predeceased by: his parents, Carris Toothman and Ethel Moore Toothman; and his brother William "Bill" Toothman. He is survived by: his wife Shirley Casto; and his children, Robert T. Toothman, II of Columbiana, Timothy A. Toothman of East Palestine and Terri L. Whitlach of Heber Springs, AR. He is also survived by six grandchildren and three great grandchildren.
