He is survived by: his children, Sharon Davis of New Springfield and Robert J. Schneider (Darla) of North Lima; his grandchildren, Charles Edward Smith II (Gabrielle), Ivory Schneider and Amber Schneider; his great grandchildren, Kenneth E. Smith and Liliana R. Machuga; his pet Izabelle; and his sister-in-law Sue Schneider.
