He is survived by: his mother Clara Miller Burt of Columbiana; his children, Bobbi Jo Burt of Canal Winchester and Anthony Scott Burt (Sara) of Bowling Green; his sister Cara Burt-Orr of Columbiana; and his grandchildren, Deanna Burt and Joey Burt.
