He was predeceased by: his parents, Williard and Jeannette; and his sister Martha. He is survived by: his wife Cindy Joy (Dunlap) of New Springfield; his children, Karen Sue Moore (Jimmy Waldele) of North Lima, Tiffiny Cantwell (KP), Barby Joy (Adam Berry) of Boardman and Katie Halbert (Kenny) of Youngstown; his brother James Zedak of The Villiages, FL; his mother-in-law Barbara Dunlap; and his nephews, Jay Zedak (Dana) and Todd Zedak. He is also survived by six grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren; one great-great grandchild.
