He was predeceased by: his parents, John V. Francis Rowley and Willey; and his siblings, Linda McElhanny, Ina Morton, Kenny, Melvin and Johnny Rowley.
He is survived by: his wife Karen M. Foreman; his children, Joseph V. Rowley (Sue) of Unity, Diane Buch of Michigan, Beth Ann Willis (Jay) of North Lima and James Rowley (Melanie) of Youngstown; and his brother Bruce Rowley (Wanda) of Florida. He is also survived by seven grandchildren, five great grandchildren.
