He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Starkey and Carol Hostetter Starkey. He is survived by: his significant other Jeanie Bihlman; his daughters, Elizabeth Krebs, Megan Starkey and Molly Starkey (Joe Defilippo); his sisters, Valerie Buchanan, Jackie Wellman, Marjorie Bouch and Malinda Starkey-Hopfenziz; and his grandchildren, Liliana, Brycen, Madelyn, Jaxen, Keegan, Liam and Riley.
