He is survived by: his parent Karl Deafenbaugh; his wife Deborah Shaw Deafenbaugh; his daughters, Lisa Catauro (Mike) of Brownsburg, IN, Jennifer Deafenbaugh of Nashville, TN and Samantha Eitniear (Ryan) of Delta, OH; his mother Betty Deafenbaugh of Chippewa; and also, Ralph Deafenbaugh (Patricia), Lee Deafenbaugh (Linda), Phillip Deafenbaugh (Michelle), Bruce Deafenbaugh (Andrea), Linda Meikle (John), Margaret Wood, Mary Means and Beverly Zello (Joe). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and extended family and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made in his name to the Hospice of the Valley.
